Indigenous made music from North America

After 250 years, Native American tribe regains ownership of Big Sur ancestral lands | CNN

A northern California Indian tribe’s sacred land is now back under their ownership, thanks to the help of a conservancy group.

“It is with great honor that our tribe has been called by our Ancestors to become stewards of these sacred indigenous lands once again,” Tom Little Bear Nason, Tribal Chairman of the ETMC, said in a statement in October.
“The old-growth redwoods on this property are genetically adaptive to the warmer dry climate of Big Sur,” Doroff said. “These trees will be important for the future effort to assist in redwood survival.”
The Little Sur River runs along one side of the property with a tributary jutting onto the land, which is a spawning ground for the South-Central California Coast Steelhead, said the WRC. Both these species are in dire need of conservation. The condor is listed as endangered and the steelhead as threaten on the Endangered Species Act.

Welcome to the only European radio show (AFAIK) to promote the indigenous maade music of North America/Turtle Isalnd.
I’m a one man operation and I do this because I really love the music
and also to raise awareness of the environmental and social issues faced by the indigenous communities of Turtle Island.
The show is given freely to non-commercial stations or those part of the European Free Radio network.
At present the show goes out weekly in London (UK), 4 stations in Austria, 1 in Italy and 1 in the USA.
If you like what I’m doing a please consider giving a small donation to help me continue.
